We offer free standard shipping nationwide across Indonesia.
Orders are dispatched from Bali using trusted local couriers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and package weight.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable in your country) are not included in our shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal of customs payment, we can resend it, but additional shipping costs will apply.
