Welcome, beautiful soul! At WKW, your confidence, comfort, and joy matter to us. We hope you absolutely love your purchase. but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help, gently and with care.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date your package arrives to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be clean, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging still intact.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items.

How to Return / Exchange

  • Send us a message at info@wkwactive.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and a short note about why.
  • Once we approve, you’ll receive instructions including our return form. Please include that form in your return package.

  • Ship the item using a reliable, insured service. You’ll need to cover the return shipping, unless we made a mistake (wrong size, wrong item, etc.).

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return policy, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • The refund usually appears in 5–7 business days after we’ve accepted the return. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it might take a little longer.

  • Shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or style, we’re happy to help! Simply let us know your first choice, and once your returned item is inspected and accepted, we’ll ship out the new one as soon as possible.

  • If the replacement is more expensive, we’ll send an invoice for the difference.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Of course, things can go wrong. If you receive something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item, packaging, and order number.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, your choice - no extra cost to you.

 

General Reminders

  • Keep your returned item in its original packaging until you ship it back, if possible.

  • Returns sent without the return form or required details may be delayed.

  • All return requests are subject to inspection. If an item doesn’t meet our return criteria (e.g. worn, washed, missing tags), we may have to refuse the refund or exchange.
