Returns & Exchanges

Welcome, beautiful soul! At WKW, your confidence, comfort, and joy matter to us. We hope you absolutely love your purchase but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help, gently and with care.

Can I return my order?

Yes! You have 30 days from the date your package arrives to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Clean, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging, with all tags still attached

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong size, or damaged goods). We recommend using a reliable, insured shipping service.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@wkwactive.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and a brief reason why.
  2. Once approved, we'll send you instructions and a return form — please include that form in your package.
  3. Ship the item back at your own cost (unless it's our error).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We're happy to help! Let us know your preference when you contact us. Once your return is inspected and accepted, we'll ship your new item as soon as possible. If the replacement costs more, we'll send an invoice for the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item, packaging, and your order number

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — your choice.

A Few Reminders

  • Keep the item in its original packaging until you ship it back, if possible.
  • Returns sent without the return form may be delayed.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags may not qualify for a return.
